Efal provides tools for building CVs, checking compatibility with job ads, generating cover letters, practicing interviews, tracking applications and comparing salaries. Some features use AI and some are limited to the Pro plan.
ATS scores, match percentages, salary bands and all AI-generated content are estimates and suggestions only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they are not professional career, legal or financial advice. Using Efal does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment. Always review AI output before using it.
You own the content you enter (your CV, letters, notes). You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service, including sending it to our AI provider when you use AI features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV and applications.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to circumvent plan limits or security, no automated scraping, and no submitting other people's personal data without their permission.
The Pro plan is billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription"; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs or salary estimates.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
